White Wines
Pinot Blanc New Release
This enticing clean crisp wine is full of citrus fruit and Granny Smith apple characteristics. Stainless steel tanks were used in both fermentation and the aging process allowing the fruit characteristics to stand out. This well balanced, off-dry wine compliments many seafood and pasta dishes, appetizers, or enjoy a glass all on its own. Salmon’s natural partner!
Red Wines
Merlot New Release
At Silver Sage Winery hot days and warm velvet nights yield rich, intense flavorful fruit. A medium-bodied red wine with intense black berry characteristics and a soft dry finish. Minimum oak extraction makes this wine an excellent companion of red meat dishes, pasta or enjoyed on its own. Rich, smooth, velvety!
Dessert Wines
Blueberry
Intensely rich in natural blueberry flavor this unique dessert wine has a deep purplish red color and a distinct perfume. A majestic wine good on its own and a great cheesecake companion. Serve it ice cold!
- Mix with dark rum (half and half, add whip cream).
- Serve on ice cream.
- Mix in a Martini.
Flame
A very unique aperitif wine, a combination of sweet, hot and spice. A late harvest Gewurztraminer, peach/apricot fruit and a pepper! A conversation piece, a true seafood and meat companion or try it with chocolate dipped strawberries. A true challenge for any wine lover that leaves you wanting more…a culinary wonder. Serve it ice cold.
- Create a shrimp cocktail.
- Caesar Drink – 3 parts Clamato juice, 1 part flame and celery salt.
- Spice a Martini Drink with it.
Merlot Dessert
Selective harvesting coupled with the sweet concentration of raspberry and blackberry natural flavor makes this dessert wine lavish and rich. Deep red color and delicate in berries and Merlot aroma this wine will team well with any dessert or on its own.
- Mix with champagne.
- Pour over a full glass of ice cubes.
